If you are in the mood for a movie, you gotta check out the IMAX theater at Jordan's Furniture for the ultimate viewing experience!

If you are a movie fan and have never seen a movie at an IMAX theater, you have to go! Jordan's furniture has two different IMAX locations - one is in Natick Massachusetts and the other is in Reading.

If you don't know much about IMAX, it is basically a gigantic movie screen. The picture is extremely clear and the sound is top notch. The picture is generated using different equipment than a regular theater. There is nice stadium style seating and beneath the seating area there is bass that rumbles with the movie. A fair amount of movies at the IMAX are in 3D which is a neat experience. They usually hand out 3-D glasses when you enter the theater and the previews are in 3-D, so even if the movie you are there to see isn't 3D, you will be able to get an idea of what it is like.

So far I have only been to the Natick IMAX at Jordan's furniture and it is very nice. The bathrooms are even cool at this theater! I heard the women's room stalls are one way mirrors. They also have one great thing - a pour your own butter station, where you can put butter on your own popcorn. Be careful not to put too much on or else during the IMAX movie it may leak out of the bottom (yes, it did happen to me).
