I stayed at the Inn last summer. There are a few great things about the Inn. First off, compared to many other hotels on Cape Cod, it is "relatively" cheap. Second, the hotel is within walking distance to all sorts of great little shops and restaurants. It is nice to be able to leave your hotel room and be able to walk everywhere you want to go. We hoped on the bike path and walked all the way to the ocean. It was a good walk - a couple miles it seemed, and very relaxing.

The room was pretty decent. Not the best room, but not the worst I have seen. We had a hot tub in the room which was really nice. It was kind of funny however having a hot tub a few feet from the bed. Breakfast comes with the room and there is a little dining room area where it is served buffet style.

The hotel calls itself Falmouth's premier hotel. Like I said, it is releatively low cost and central to a lot of fun spots. However, don't think that this is that fancy. This is not one of the really ritzy resorts like you can find in other parts of Cape Cod.
